Abstract

In this elaboration, which is theoretical and empirical in its nature, the author presented the results of his own research in the scope of identifying the factors affecting professional development of employees in the industrial enterprises of   high technologies in bielsko-bialski airline industry.

The purpose of the article was to define the most important factors affecting the professional development of the employees. The research was carried out by the end of 2014. The respondents group consisted of management staff at strategic, tactical and operational level employed in the enterprises which are classified to the advanced technologies sector. Questionnaire survey has been used in the research. Collected research materials have replied to the basic research questions.
