LEGAL – ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION

Abstract

Developed article was devoted to the management of safety at school. It presents the problems of management and control student behavior. It shows that it is not always efficient security management is effective. Therefore, will apply the provisions of other laws, especially the Law – Criminal Code. Therefore characterized examples of the behavior of perpetrators of criminal offenses and threatening to commit their criminal liability. It also discusses the symp toms of the bullying at school, which should help direct an education institution.
