The objective of this study is to identify the role and importance of trust in building social capital in economic and social terms. The sources used to represent the established objective are academic materials related to the topic of work, specialized literature, newspapers and articles.
The social capital is built on trust. Social capital is usually of a constructive, its increase results in economic growth and prosperity. The trust or lack of trust always influence the lives of human individuals and organizations in which they operate. Trust is the foundation necessary for the proper functioning of society.
