Abstract

Research main objective is the theoretical substantiation and working out of scientific bases economic, organizational and is standard-legal mechanism formations and developments of a uniform state network agricultural extension services which
will provide operative and effective finishing to subjects of agrarian and industrial complex of demanded knowledge and the information, and also will provide assistance in development of innovative workings out and the advanced know-how by a supply with information and attraction of investments.
