Abstract

The problem of employee functioning in terms of peripheral employment is connected with changes in a traditional work relations. The aim of conducted research  is to describe the way the employee experiences his/her own job in particular the
assertiveness skills of this form of employment. The research was carried on a group of 300 employees that work from the whole Poland.
