Abstract

Changes in the market economy support appearing bolder forms of the  entrepreneurship which has not been taken into consideration. The society is starting seeking new forms of working which guarantee the explosion of the individual and
economic freedom. Besides traditional forms of entrepreneurship we can find new forms like company of multi-level marketing. This article defines the nature of multi - level marketing (MLM) system. It has been compared the traditional enterprise with the MLM enterprise. The development of MLM system has been shown into the global economy in the perspective of the last decade. This article describes the development of this form of entrepreneurship on the example of world economy and economy of the United States, Japan, Brazil , German as well as Poland.
