In many methods of the organizational objectives defining the requirement of goals measurement is placed. This requirement is obtain by linking the achievement of objective with the given value of previously defined measure. These measures can be used in risk analysis process to designate the actions results undertaken during the enterprise. Additionally, in conjunction with the hierarchical decomposition of objectives, it allows the construction of the hierarchy of risk that reflects the relationship between risk at different levels of detail of actions. Mechanism for defining the hierarchy of risk can also be used to verify the correctness of the hierarchy of objectives.
