Traditional approach to factors, that determine the existence of SMS’s indicates the key role of capital. Nowadays, the increase of importance of non-financial factors can be observed. The authors’ main purpose is to emphasize the weight of intellectual
capital as well as other similar factors vital for SME’s value. The issue of social network raises great interest. Social network cannot definite as intellectual capital, but its value should not be underestimated.
