Usually there are three different groups of employees in organization, it is: stable workers (the part of them are core workers), peripheries workers and outside collaborators. The difference between them consist in the strength of connection with organization. Employees from these three groups have the knowledge which has heterogeneous value for organization. Stable workers (including core workers) have high and rare competences, while the peripheries workers and outside collaborators frequently have low, easy available competences. In spite of this, all employees knowledge is a subject of knowledge management. It’s necessary to take into consideration the strength of connection with organization differences and each group specific knowledge in the knowledge management process. Additionally this three groups of employees in organization generate different kind of knowledge management risks.
