Abstract

The aim of the study is to present factors of fish areas development. Particular attention was paid to strategy of development. The SWOT analysis was presented. The survey proved that fish area development strategy has an influence on multifunctional development of region. The surveyed area has may strengths such as natural environment and many lakes. The interests of tourism is increasing.
