DISABILITY AS A SOCIAL - ECONOMIC COMMUNE’S PROBLEM

Communes which are the residence of disabled people do not receive financial funds for their social rehabilitation and professional activation. However units of communal councils are the place where they look for help most often. Possibilities of communes in this range are whereas spatial varied according to different levels of social - economic developement which
is measured by the size of commune’s own income per one inhabitant.
