Abstract

European funds contribute to the accomplishment of the qualitative jump in the level of Poles life, and also they are the key instrument counteracting slowing down the economic. He exists row of barriers restrictive their absorbence, such how institutional, procedural, legal, financial, market barriers or informative. Effective utilization of the structural funds of European Union also brakes the undesirable phenomenon of the corruption. Solid monitoring threats and removing barriers is the key element full and effective utilization of European funds.
