Abstract

Employment of drivers in road transport is a particular (specific) type of employment, which has many significant and sometimes drastic differences from the typical employment provided for the Polish Labour Code. This is mainly due to the complexity of the work as a driver, and a considerable nuisance conditions. The specific legal basis, necessary formal requirements, psycho-physiological conditions, theoretical and practical skills, supervising of employee, as well as to establish the same relationship and content of a contract gain in that type of employment, particular importance.
