Abstract

The following article takes under consideration the idea of 'jobcoaching' and its value for experienced workers from age group 45+. This method, invented by Wasseling Groep has been successfully transferred to polish ground in program 'Sojusz dla Pracy', which main goals I have described in my article. The way to achive goals in jobcoaching is supported by a method based on five main rules called S.M.A.R.T.: specific, measurable, ambitious, reasonable, time scaled. Jobcoaching brought innovative solutions in the area of human resources management, for example individual work with coach not only during supplementary training for unemployed people or workers willing to increase one's professional qualifications, but also when charge is already employed. Moreover jobcoach acts as a mediator between employee and employer, so that he is helpful for both sides to work out perfect solutions and way of cooperating. (original abstract)
