Abstract

This article aims at showing the pith of efficient management in modern organisation, as well as pointing out what future organisation will be dependant on.  The case study attempts to determine the power of a modern manager, leader. It is he, who is responsible for building effective relations and providing motivation among the employees in such a way, that their work brings the best possible effects. The author attempts to describe the real situation of a manager. At the same time she shows, that it requires efficiency, which becomes harder to achieve.
