Abstract

Protecting of passengers rights is one of the key tasks in framework of a coordinated policy in field of tourism within the European Union. Author characterizes contemporary market of tourist services in the European Union, legal analyzes of travel service contract. Author analyzes air and railway passengers rights in the European Union and issue of medical care while traveling in the EU.
