Abstract

Business models, as a way for describing a given enterprise's activity, have become the permanent element of the business landscape. Functioning of enterprises in the today's economic reality, where the global financial and economic crisis causing market disruptions, are really significant, as well as a highly developed competition, have caused that conducting business activity is considered from entirely different points of view. The dynamics and nature of changes in business models create also
new innovations. The key concept here is to adopt such business model which, by allowing to create appropriate strategic behaviours, will enable not only the achievement of objectives and results, but also which will ensure the development of a long-term goodwill, being a guarantee for a given company's success in the market.
