Abstract

Complexity theory can help us understand the process of organization change and their environment and focuses on managing human resources as the primary knowledge source. Leadership plays a particularly important role in knowledge producing. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of Complex Adaptive System (CAS) certain behaviours like selforganisation, emergence, coevolution on leadership theory. Framework identifies three types of leadership adaptive, administrative and enabling leadership. In knowledge era successful leader recognises and create special behaviour which can affect of agent interactions those generate adaptive capacity.
