Abstract

The study presents assumptions and basic categories of paradigm of sciences about management, for which the thought about management of social potential is assumed and also the main achievements of mankind in terms of management practices are shown, including management of social potential in the prehistoric period of development of social life (approx. 3000 years BC to the 7th century BC).
