Technological environmental effects eg. The benefits and costs are one of the most important elements of agricultural production conducted in a sustainable way. Because of the multidimensional of the problem they may have contextual character , for example. dependent on method and dose of fertilization, pesticide or tillage system. Very often the use of one of the production resources makes significant changes in the others, thereby limiting or improving their suitability for other activities carried out in the sphere of social and environmental. The aim of the study was evaluation of selected environmental costs of Tillage systems, as one of the elements of sustainable agriculture. Studies have shown that, No-till system compared to the traditional system of tillage has favorable impact on reducing losses of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus, and decrease intensity of soil erosion.
