The article presents the results of the empirical research of satisfaction with the selected personal practices, with reference to the level of motivation, engagement and work efficiency. The research was carried in the group of employees of enterprise that is undergoing the crisis situation. The purpose of this article was an attempt to present areas of irregularities in the personal practices and to demonstrate their potential impact in decreasing work efficiency.
