AGREEMENT AS LEGAL INSTRUMENT IN MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIONS

Abstract

The article is an attempt to indicate the selected institutions of contract law allowing efficient management of innovation, with particular emphasis on license agreement. The primary purpose of the agreements is to allow the use of exclusive rights to other entities than only authorized. They are used on the basis of the total number of intellectual property rights. The text considers agreements which are the subject of intangible assets protected by industrial property rights.
