The objective of this study is to identify the impact of top management for effective functioning of the quality management system. The results of the researches concerning the assessment of the functioning quality management systems in the opinion of two healthcare center employees have been presented in this article. The researches included, among others, issues
perceived by employees operations management, leadership and quality management systems functioning. The differences in the management approach for the functioning of the system on the basis of the employees of these organizations have been shown in this article.
