Key data in the article are presented in tabular form, with reference Podkarpackie province in the country and with the separation of the individual counties or the presentation of information from various years relevant in the context of migration. The analysis shows that the migration of Podkarpacie mainly refers to the movement of people to the capital of the province - Rzeszów, which characterizes most jobs, but also trips to other Polish regions and abroad, where the inhabitants of the region managed to build up a good reputation employee. Additional content raised in the second part of the article are issues related to the employment of foreigners on Polish territory and province Podkarpackie in cases where entrusting work is permitted without a work permit. This is a very important issue in the context of current geopolitical developments. Unfortunately, in this case, the existing regulations allow for multiple violations, including the arrival to the Schengen countries not related than previously declared to work on Polish territory. This is due to the lack of verification of the applications for employment of foreigners, refusing absence of authorization, as well as the lack of mechanisms to prevent abuse.
