The first part of this article defines the goal and scope of management and describes the basic issues related to the management of human resources in a microenterprise. The second part describes the research in a selected microenterprise whose subject was: - a human resources management system, while the aim of the research was: 1) obtaining opinions of employees employed in the Company on the functioning of the human resources management system; 2) obtaining opinions of employees employed in the Company on the advantages and disadvantages of selected aspects of human resources management.
