Abstract

The paper deals with issues related to the use of aid in rural areas. It analyzes how these resources are spent and to what extent their use is justified. The challenges faced by rural areas are also being discussed and how the municipalities and rural administrations can handle them so as to encourage as many people to live in the villages and thereby develop them.
