The aim of this article is to present the possibility of applying value marketing in health care organizations. Through the specificity of medical services, it seems reasonable. This article outlines the factors that influence the perception of medical services by patients / clients and their potential use. Studies have confirmed that patients / clients outside the quality of medical services and waiting times are seeking understanding, physician interest and partnership, and therefore "soft skills" that can be introduced into the clinic without much financial investment. Introducing them can help build a competitive advantage for your business.
