Abstract

One of the effects of activity of man especially economic, but also public enterprise is widely clear. Behavioral factors also capital collected in people influence on changes in the dynamics of development of enterprise in a different degree in the whole world. Poland as a country that is all time in phase development with aspirations of achievement of position of the countries adjusted on innovations is characterized in the context of enterprise by certain specific indexes. The article is concentrated on enterprise positions of our citizens on the select, characteristic for Poland phenomena. The creature of analysis is an analysis of the role of human capital in an enterprise-creative process. Development leans against the results of the careful researches conducted on territory of the whole world, in that in the countries of UE also Poland within the framework of so-called Global Entrepreneurship Monitor. This development presents the solid prelude of the further deepening of report between maintenance of man and enterprise that is also by a ponderable contribution to the global and local economy.
Scale of enterprise and also her contribution to the local economy there are signaling for underlining the role of external surroundings and his influence on forming of enterprise positions in a man.
