DETERMINANTS OF SELECTING DINING INCLUDING COMMUNICATION - RESULTS OF CONSUMER RESEARCH

The aim of this article is to assess the relevance of customer communications with other determinants of choice of dining establishments a on the basis of own consumer research.
The results indicate that the most important determinants of the choice of dining establishments a are elements that form the core of the catering service, the gastronomic offer, taking into account price, assortment and customer service. Communication with the client is not a key factor for customers choosing a dining establishments, but there are dependencies between the elements of the promotion and the other components of a dining establishments choice.
