Abstract

The aim of the article is to diagnose the phenomenon of changing the place of residence by seniors and related socio-economic consequences and the analyzing the housing market for seniors. This article should answer for questions about, among others. The shape of the current housing offer and the degree of its adaptation to the needs of seniors, the concept of the housing needs of seniors.
