Abstract

Financial specialists in investment banks are professional group with high importance for economy, however managerial knowledge of their specific is far from being wide. Based on recently published text the article presents discussions about values systems of three different knowledge workers groups: physicists (medical doctors), IT workers and financial specialists working for investments bank on financial expert position. Based on qualitative research (in-depth interviews) with Polish financial expert their differences towards City colleges and two others knowledge workers are described. Discussion of differences among the four groups are conducted and some managerial recommendation formulated, as well as future research agenda.
