THE SPECIFICITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION FILM’S NETWORK – POLAND AND THE EU

Abstract

Construction as a part of national economy has plenty of characteristic features. This fact results in unique character of the construction enterprises network. SMEs play the key role in it. Under communist power the network was reconstructed. Unique character of the construction industry had been absolutely ignored among other assumptiones of the reconstruction. These changes had a negative effect on the construction sector’s modus operandi. That is why, during basic economic reforms introduced by post – communist countries, previous market oriented construction enterprises network had been reconstituted. At present the structure of the construction sector in the “old EU countries” and “young EU countries” is almost the same.
Publication presents many numerical data illustrating processes and tendency described by the author.
