Abstract

This article in a synthetic way describes the issues of renewable energy sources. The analytical approach to the problem is already addressed to the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Current uses of RES equipment and the proposal of eco-energy policy for the coming years for Podlasie are shown. The exploitation was carried out on the basis of a review of available literature and
information provided by institutions working in the area and for renewable energy (Department of Agriculture of Podlaskie Marshal Office, Podlaski Agricultural Advisory Center in Szepietowo and Agricultural Market Agency - Regional Center in Bialystok).
