Abstract

In literature, the problem of rewarding employees and compensation systems in companies during the restructuring process is rarely discussed. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the compensation system and to examine changes that have occurred in a compensation system in the railway company which is in the process of restructuring. The paper presents the results of original research. The study used the following methods: structured interviews, participant observation and analysis of documents.
