Abstract

Public Procurement System (PPS) plays key role in the contemporary market economy. The system is also an important tool of public expenditure. Public procurement system operates in EU and Poland as well. A lot of misunderstandings which arose due to present version of the Polish Public Procurement Act were the subjects of the articles in our domestic professional PPS magazines. The publication summarises the arguments and conclusions of these articles. Preliminary survey of 3 the most popular monthly magazines has been carried out and 57 issue are the following: 

- bid assessment criteria,
- subcontracting on the Polish public procurement market,
- the key decisions in the public procurement procedures.
