Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the results of research conducted among soldiers of one of the military units. The aim of the study was to learn about the factors affecting the relationship of a subordinate and a superior in a military unit. The research covered issues related to relations between the subordinate and the supervisor aa well as aspects affecting these relations.
