CONDITIONS AND PERSPECTIVES OF BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN UKRAINIAN AND POLISH ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is presentation of the conditions and perspectives of business partnership development between Ukrainian and Polish enterprises. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: an analysis of the relations’ types between business units and a comparative analysis of institutional environment of the Ukrainian and Polish business based on the statistical data analysis by taking into account the competitiveness of economy. According to the results, the main problems of Ukrainian economy on the path to development and bilateral cooperation were determined; the importance of introducing the integrated reporting in Ukraine was defined and the main EU projects supporting the development of business partnership between Ukraine and Poland were presented. The results of the research allow stating the mutual connection between improving the countries’ competitiveness and bilateral cooperation. The main priorities of Ukraine’s economic development as a basis for improving the business partnership and increasing its competitiveness on foreign markets are the development of institutions and the business environment, as well as stimulating scientific and technological growth. The main priorities for the Polish economy are: increasing the efficiency of the labor market, improving institutions, reducing bureaucracy, stimulating scientific and technological development, cooperation between private companies and government structures.
