Abstract

The aim of the article is to present historical and current approaches to the subject of the National System of Innovation in Poland. The article presents elements determining the development of NSI over the years and is an attempt to determine its place in the economic policy pursued in Poland. Innovation and innovation are categories that can not be effectively developed without the syststem, which is NSI.
