In this paper, an analysis of foreign direct investment in terms of regional differences was conducted. The analysis covered the period 2010-2016. The analysis shows that the distribution of investors in Poland is varied regionally. Regions particularly attractive for foreign investors were Mazowieckie, Śląskie i Wielkopolskie. In contrast, Lubelskie, Podlaskie i Warmińsko-Mazurskie are regions where foreign investors are the least.
