WHAT A MANAGEMENT MODEL DO EMPLOYEES OF POLISH LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT PREFER: EASTERN OR EUROPEAN?

The main idea of the study is: the employees of Polish Local Self-Government, as citizens of Europe, prefer the European management model.
The main research methods were literature review, questionnaire survey, statistical processing of questionnaires, verification of statistical hypotheses. It was asked three general populations of poles (151 respondents, three voivodships). The study was based on the statistical analysis of preferences of the employees of Polish Local Self-Government. The verification of two pairs of statistical hypotheses was performed. It's been proven, that employees of Polish Local Self-Government prefer the Eastern management model. The purpose of the study was achieved as a very strong result, because empirical results are highly statistically significant (0,01). The results can be useful for the countries of the Central and Eastern Europe.
