Abstract

This article discusses the problem of customer service in fast-food locals in Siedlce. The aim of this elaboration is to present management of customer service in fast-food restaurants operating in the city of Siedlce. During the work on research problem, the national literature and own surveys were used. The survey covered evaluation of customer service satisfaction in fast-food locals in the area within a given city. In the first part of this article the most important concepts related to service and the customers were discussed. In the further part the results of the survey about quality of the service offered in locals In Siedlce were shown. The survey was taken using a questionnaire in paper form.
