Abstract

The article examines the important role of leadership in shaping the corporate culture of an enterprise and its impact on the overall effectiveness of the organization. Leadership is a critical factor that not only determines the direction of a company’s development but also establishes the moral and ethical principles that guide employee behavior. The authors explore various leadership styles, their influence on team communication, employee motivation levels, and the overall organizational atmosphere. The study identifies how effective leadership contributes to creating a positive, innovative corporate culture, which serves as a foundation for achieving high performance and competitiveness in the market. The article also highlights practical aspects of leaders’ interactions with their teams, the development of corporate values, and management strategies that strengthen corporate culture at all levels of the enterprise.
