THE ROLE OF COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN STIMULATING ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH

Abstract

The article raises the issue of searching for methods of organizational and professional growth through the involvement of employees using technologies, forms and methods of communication management. The author analyzes modern approaches to the use of various innovative communication mechanisms, information coordination of joint actions of structural units, integration balance of education and science, and implementation of theory into practice in order to create an environment in which employee engagement will maximize the economic effect and become its economic intangible asset. We put forward the hypothesis that employee engagement will have a productive impact on the dynamics of economic activity of an institution, enterprise, production, provided that the regulatory impact of communication management applied in an organization with the ability to manage it is implemented and systematically used.

Attention is drawn to the need for active involvement of employees through the use of leading approaches to communication management in order to form and stimulate the development of their scientific, professional, practical and intellectual potential.
